I've never heard of this movie, but it sounds like a Bond-esque spy thriller.  Anyone out there familiar with it?

Also:  does that tagline mean that every man is his victim, and probably most women?  Why hasn't someone apprehended this sociopath?  Ugh.  Trust the 60's to let things like this just slide.
