What you'll find here:

This blog is a collection of vintage advertisements, posted Monday through Friday. All ads are scans from magazines in my collection (or those of my friends), so I claim no copyright over them. Remember, these ads are from bygone eras: don't get upset if you see something you don't like, nor excited if you see something you do.

If you particularly like an ad and want a hi-res copy for yourself, email or message me and I can send you one.

English Leather, and a Sweater

Playboy Nov. 1967
Here's a more, well, western cologne for you.  Though, I question the wisdom of lime and leather.

Bellows Liqour

Playboy Nov. 1967
I dunno... low price and few people buy it?
Sounds like the simplest explanation is that it's not very good.
But I've never heard of this brand, so maybe I'm not cool enough?

Grand Marnier

Playboy Oct. 1968
I really like this one.  A classic tasty liqueur, a recipe for tasty duck, and a mildly amusing cartoon.
Can't go wrong.
